The ELKS National Foundation Scholarship Programs for High School Seniors
November 12, 2026 – Application Deadline (12th Grade)
*The Elks National Foundation will award 500 four-year college scholarships.
*Male and female students compete separately.
*Ranging from $1,000 per year to $7,500 per year, Most Valuable Student scholarships are for students pursuing a four-year degree, on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 semester hours), in a U.S. college or university. All scholarships are in the form of certificates of award conditional upon the full-time enrollment of the winner in an accredited U.S. college or university.

AP Testing
The College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) testing program enables willing and academically prepared students to pursue college-level studies and assessments with the opportunity to earn college credit and/or advanced placement credit while still in high school. AP Exams are administered each year in May, and exam results are typically made available in July. It is important to consult with each college and university’s unique requirements and recommendations for awarding AP credit. Although Trinity does not currently offer AP courses, we find our advanced classical education curriculum coupled with independent study prepares students to potentially perform well on AP exams. Check with teachers for specific questions about course content, alignment, and recommendations for appropriate AP examinations for your student to consider. Below please find links to the 2027 AP Testing Administration Schedule and College Board’s AP Exam page which provides detailed information for each AP course and exam content. Students interested in registering for an AP exam must submit an AP exam registration form to Mrs. Allen by November 13 at 8:30 am.

2027 AP Registration Document

Students who register for the 2027 AP exam administration by November 13, 2026, will be charged the regular AP exam fee of $99. Students who register after November 13, 2026, but by March 12, 2027, must pay the late AP exam fee of $139 per exam.
