TRANSCRIPTS
Students are to fill out the Transcript request form for each transcript they want sent to a college.  Please make sure you put the address of the admissions office on the form.  Forms are to be turned in to Miss Thompson in the office at the High School. 
We are no longer putting ACT and SAT scores on the transcript unless a student request they be put on.  If a student does request ACT and SAT all scores for that date to be put on the transcript.

TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS
Students are required to fill out the Teacher Recommendation form below for all  recommendations students want from teachers.  Pleasa allow the teacher at least a week to write the recommendation.
